I called on Wednesday and described the problem I was having with my mini split unit. They communicated with me about their ETA the very next day. The technician was smart and friendly. I was happy that he'll be working to resolve the issues.

Found system not running heat due to open air pressure switch. Found inlet at inducer draft assembly blocked with debris, cleared debris and reset unit. System is back up and heating.
Tech arrived and found system satisfied, tech cut system on and checked operation, tech found all amp draws to be within unit specifications, refrigerant pressures and factory sub cooling were spot on. Delta t of 21 degrees throughout supply’s. Tech did find filter dirty and replaced. Customer stated they did not like thermostat and tech built estimate for replacement along with estimates for service agreement. All is good at this time.
Tech washed and serviced unit per service agreement, tech found no challenges at this time, the system is back up and running and holding a delta t of 20+ degrees upon departure

Tech arrived and found breaker tripped, tech found burnt high voltage wiring Burnt and shorting the system out. Tech quoted for replacement of wires, capacitor and hardstart, tech also saw previous invoice leak detected and called in field supervisor for quote of new system.
Tech returned to replace hood and also replace filter track. Customer stated bedroom feels colder than rest of home at times. Checked operation of system and corrected wiring for 2nd stage of heat strips. Warranty, invested in ESA. Schedule first visit.
Customer needs a new water heater. The water heater that is currently installed is too old to repair or get parts for. customer has a counter Heights style water heater in the kitchen. The distance between the cabinet and the wall is 25 inches wide new water heater cannot be any wider than that. The water heater is a 30 gallon heater.
Customer is moving out of country and wanted Wi-Fi thermostat installed, tech installed customer supplied Google nest and set up on customers phone. System is back operating properly at this time

Invested in new gas pack enlarging return and return flex, as well as supply flex to 26”
Upon arrival tech found rollout switch tripped at gas pack. Inspected heat exchanger and located a crack. Heat exchanger is failed and system can not run with cracked heat exchanger. Tech turned power off to system and informed customer. Informed field supervisor.
Tech measured hood in order to have new hood made and installed. Will need a 28” tall 18” deep by 41” length hood. Carrier package unit. Also will need to bring sheet metal for new filter track in return box. 24x24” return. Call to schedule repairs.
